The Assembly held its annual election of Officers at the May
meeting. The following men were elected to serve positions for the coming year.

The Annual Assembly Dinner and Installation of Officers for both the Assembly and
the Ladies Auxiliary will be held on Sunday, June 22, at the Rigali Center, 20 Archbishop May Dr., Saint Louis, Mo. 63119. Mass and installation will begin at
5:00 PM Mass with an open bar and dinner to follow. Tickets are $10.00 and reservations
for dinner are required, please contact Jack Giebe at 636-532-2078.
The Assembly will again be conducting a flag retirement ceremony on June 14 in
conjunction with the Mehlville Fire Protection District. Please bring any flag that
needs to be retired to any Assembly function and give to Rick Schmidt. If you would
like more information, please contact Rick at 314-846-4361.
I would like to thank the Sir Knights that participated in a barbecue for the veterans
from Iraq and Afghanistan on May 17. It was a most rewarding day.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my fellow Sir Knights that have helped
me in the last two years as Faithful Navigator. It has been a wonderful two years, and
I could not have done it without your help. I will continue to work for the Assembly,
the greatest in the order, and with my fellow Sir Knights.
